Important: this page submits a request
Emailing support from this page requests account deletion. It does not instantly delete your account by itself. We verify the request, then complete deletion of the account and associated cloud data. If more time or information is needed, we will say so in the reply.
This website does not collect passwords, one-time codes, or store credentials. Do not send passwords in email.
Request deletion by email
Email roamxp@puzdev.com with the subject line RoamXP account deletion request.
Include:
- The email associated with your RoamXP sign-in (Apple Hide My Email / private relay or Google email)
- Confirmation that you want the RoamXP account and Cloud Save data deleted
- Approximate platforms you used (iOS and/or Android), if known
- Whether you also need help locating store subscription settings
Identity verification
Before completing deletion, we verify that the request matches the RoamXP account. Verification may include confirming control of the sign-in email, matching account identifiers we already hold, or asking clarifying questions by email. We will not ask you to paste passwords or app one-time codes into this website.
If you still have the app and Accounts features are available, the in-app path below can complete deletion with in-app verification without emailing support.
What cloud data is deleted
When RoamXP account deletion is completed, we delete:
- Your RoamXP authentication account and linked Apple / Google sign-in identities held for that account
- RoamXP Cloud Save progress stored for that account
- Cloud Save revision history for that account (where stored)
- Marketing preferences and marketing consent records for that account
- Other account-bound cloud records tied to that account, if present
What is not automatically deleted from every device
- Gameplay and content stored only on a device (including journal photos and journal audio, which are device-local and not part of Cloud Save)
- Focus / Screen Time selections and tokens stored on device
- Device or iCloud / Google device backups, which depend on your platform backup settings
Legitimate retention exceptions
After deletion completes, we may retain a hashed email suppression entry so we do not send marketing email to that address. We may also retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax/accounting, or dispute handling (including a legal hold where applicable). We do not keep raw personal Cloud Save content merely for debugging after deletion completes.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting a RoamXP account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Billing remains managed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings:
- Apple: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
In-app deletion
If you still have RoamXP installed and Accounts features are available on your build, you can delete from Profile → Settings → Account & Cloud Save → Delete account. That path uses in-app verification and does not require contacting support for a normal deletion.
